Due to popular request, this will be my full course run over just one day!
A course designed not just to prepare you and your support people for labour, birth and the early days of parenthood but to give you tips, techniques and tools to have a positive and empowering experience. Provided by a local midwife, nurse, childbirth educator, group fitness instructor and mother, Jessica's calm and gentle approach will inspire you to approach your birth with confidence and knowledge.

The special price of $297 includes 6-8hrs contact time, course workbooks for mother and father-to-be, reading material and light refreshments.

We will also be offering Mum's and bubs meet up sessions after the course so that you can mingle and meet other new mums in the area that have done the course through the year. (Dad's also welcome!)
